By accessing or using www.rawishala.com or requesting early access to the RawiShala desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Waitlist & License Reservation

Submitting your email address reserves your spot on the early access waitlist for RawiShala V1. Waitlist status does not guarantee immediate software access or final commercial pricing, which remain subject to official release terms.

3. Software Model & API Usage

RawiShala is provided as a local desktop software license. Users are responsible for bringing their own third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI API) to generate AI content. You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party API terms and any associated usage costs charged by third-party AI providers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by you using RawiShala desktop software remains 100% your intellectual property. All website design, branding, code, logos, and materials belonging to RawiShala are protected by global trademark and copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

RawiShala and Intequra Studio Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, software usage, or third-party API service interruptions.
